Long time, no see, am I right? A lot has changed in my personal life and time to make recordings has been in precious short supply. Added to that I had some issues with my signal chain. Drones where set to be my main focus for season 2 of my live streams and I was having a hard time with everything sounding super-dull. The answer was buffers, which I can't recommend enough. I'm passing my whole rig through a loop switcher with buffers and now a recording sounds like what This is a recording of the first time in a long time that my drones have some high end crispness to them instead of turning into a low-end-y mush after two sound sources played together.
The drone itself is pretty normal but the layering of a few branches of my droner tree give it the dynamics that I once had but lost, frankly without really understanding why.

"Abba Antwni" is the name of a circumstance: me - António Duarte - playing an improvised piece of music, using exclusively an electric guitar as sound source and routing its signal through an array of digital and analog effects, including live-recorded cassette tape loops. This music only exists while you hear it, as you hear it. The moment is kept intact: no pre-recorded elements are utilized nor is any overdubbing added.

"Sayings" is the name of the recorded output. This particular track was recorded in Oslo, on the 25th of January 2023.
